Jenny J. Winkler

Jen is of Counsel at Pierce Coleman, PLLC. She has practiced law for over 25 years, with more than half of that in the area municipal law. She has experience in securing and defending water rights, litigation and risk management, real estate, land use, and economic development.

Her experience in water law, including assured and adequate supply, Colorado River rights, surface water and ground regulation, and general stream adjudications is extensive.

Jen's litigation experience includes defending municipal and private clients in state and federal courts in claims involving civil rights, premises liability, and contract disputes.

Jen graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She is licensed to practice in Arizona and Nevada.
