Matthew W. Schiumo

Matt Schiumo is an Associate Attorney at Pierce Coleman PLLC, where he focuses on municipal, election, employment, and real estate matters. Matt earned his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2023, graduating with the Dean’s Award for outstanding academic performance.

Originally from Connecticut, Matt moved to Arizona after completing his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University. He has a diverse professional background, including three years of outreach work with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and Senator Martha McSally.

During law school, Matt gained invaluable legal experience through externships at the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office, the Arizona Governor’s Office, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, where he worked with the Honorable Michael Liburdi. He also spent a summer as a law clerk at Pierce Coleman.

In his free time, Matt enjoys cooking and watching Yankees baseball.
