Dominic Verstegen is Of Counsel at Pierce Coleman PLLC. Dominic is an experienced litigator and practices in all areas of employment law. He advises and defends private employers, municipalities, and other public entities in the areas of wage and hour, family and medical leave, harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation. He also works with clients to draft and revise employment agreements, restrictive covenants, employment handbooks, social media policies, and other materials.
Dominic has spoken on FMLA, FLSA, and other employment topics.
Dominic graduated with Honors from the University of Iowa College of Law in 200. In law school, he was the Associate Editor of the Journal of Corporation Law, the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, an Assistant Director of the Trial Advocacy program, and the Founder of the Pro Bono Society.
In his spare time, Dominic has coached both of his kids and is on the Board of his local Little League, and wrote a column for the Arizona Republic.
